MUMBAI, FEBRUARY 7: Reliance Petroleum Ltd RPL has said that it was evaluating several alternatives vis-a-vis its equity capital, including listing of ADRs on the NYSE and placing its equity shares with strategic international investors at an appropriate time.
Responding to an NSE letter, which has drawn its attention to reports in a section of the press about its proposal to place 5 per cent of equity capital with leading international crude suppliers at Rs 90 per share, RPL said it 8220;would provide necessary information to all authorities as soon as a firm decision was taken.8221;
