NEW DELHI, OCT 17: The Rashtriya Loktantrik Morcha RLM today ruled out any alliance with the Congress or Bahujan Samaj Party BSP for next month8217;s Assembly elections in four states.

Morcha spokesman Amar Singh told reporters here that the RLM, comprising the Samajwadi Party SP, Rashtriya Janata Dal RJD and Rashtriya Janata Party RJP, would field its candidates in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan against the BJP.

8220;We have decided to go it alone to defeat communal forces,8221; he said, in reply to questions on why the morcha was on the one hand talking about support to the Congress for forming an alternative government at the Centre and on the other, not showing its keenness to tie up with the Congress in the forthcoming elections.

He said the morcha would hold an election rally in Delhi on October 23 and announce its election strategy.

Mulayam Singh Yadav SP, Laloo Prasad Yadav RJD and Shankersinh Vaghela RJP would address the rally, he said.
