NASHIK: SHIV Sena chief Bal Thackeray today appeared before a First Class Magistrate here for a hearing on a defamation suit filed against him and two others by the leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council, Chhagan Bhujbal. Bhujbal had filed the suit against Thackeray, who is editor of Saamna, for publication of a series of articles which had accused Bhujbal of masterminding the desecration of Dr Ambedkar8217;s statue.
