HC seeks early end to ATC stir
New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today took serious note of the go slow8217; agitation by the air traffic controllers8217; ATC guild and asked it and the Airports Authority of India AAI to take a conciliatory approach to normalise air services in the country.

A special CBI court, hearing Ayodhya cases, will decide on March 12 on framing of charges against all the 49 accused including Union Home Minister L K Advani and Uttar Pradesh Chief MinisterKalyan Singh. Special Judge Jagdish Prasad Srivastava today adjourned the case till March 12.

AIR strike off
New Delhi: All India Radio AIR announcers, who were agitating for pay upgradation for the past two weeks, resumed work today after temporarily8217; calling off their strike. The decision to call off the strike was taken last night in view of Information and Broadcasting Minister Pramod Mahajan8217;s stand not to talk to anyone on the strike.

Chennai: A special judge today directed former chief minister Jayalalitha, her close friend Sasikala Natarajan and some others to present themselves in court on February 25 when charges would be framed against them in the TANSI land deal8217; case.
