Adam Gilchrist is not a magician and needs time to turn things around for Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premier League,said Preity Zinta,co-owner of the team.
8220;I am hopeful of a turnaround and know that Gilchrist is a brilliant team leader. But he is not a magician and should be given time to settle down,8221; Zinta said here today.
Gilchrist,the former Australian wicketkeeper,is the skipper of Punjab outfit this season after leading Deccan Chargers to victory in the second edition of the Twenty20 league.

Zinta also hoped that every member of KXIP would contribute to the team8217;s success.
