The Ranveer Singh starrer is among the top 10 Indian earners ever and has destroyed Pushpa 2’s second weekend record (Rs 196 crore). The film is currently running on all pistons and won’t be challenged until the release of James Cameron’s film Avatar: Fire and Ash, which releases on December 19.
This is quite the personal victory for Ranveer Singh, as these numbers make Dhurandhar the most successful film in domestic numbers. The second is Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat, in which Ranveer was joined by Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor. The rest of the stellar cast of Dhurandhar is also reaping the benefits, as it has become a career high for almost all of them when it comes to box office collections.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, the cast of Dhurandhar includes Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, and R Madhavan.
Dhurandhar 2 has broken the box office records of Pushpa 2 (Rs 18.5 cr), Chhaava (Rs 18.5 cr) and Baahubali 2 (Rs 15.75 cr) with rs 30 cr collection.

With Rs 204 cr coming from its second week, Dhurandhar has emerged as the highest second weekend earner ever. While the previous record holder Pushpa 2 made Rs 196 crore in its second week, Dhurandhar's earnings have come from just 5 days. It will also earn more than its first week (Rs 207 crore).
Director Aditya Dhar's film has been posting never seen before numbers in its second week at the box office. Showcasing the power of word of mouth, the film has earned Rs 200 crore in its second week, leaving behind the earlier record holder, Pushpa 2 (Rs 196 crore) in only five days.
