Tamim Iqbal hit 61 and Rubel Hossain took 4/31 on Friday as Bangladesh salvaged some pride from its disappointing tour of Zimbabwe with a six-wicket win in the fourth ODI. Zimbabwe has an unassailable 3-1 lead in the five-match series.
Hossains second four-wicket haul in the series earned him the Man of the Match award. He bowled with impressive control on a pitch suited for batting,removing Brendan Taylor 106,Elton Chigumbura 31,Malcolm Waller 12,and Ray Price 0. In pursuit,Iqbal and Imrul Kayes 28 gave Bangladesh a flying start,putting on 46 runs before Kayes was caught by Hamilton Masakadza off Chris Mpofu. Earlier,Taylors third ODI hundred had seven boundaries and a six.
