Prabhunath charged with murder

JDU MP Prabhunath Singh has been charged with murdering a witness for allegedly refusing to depose in his favour. A case in this regard has been lodged in the Chhapra Chief Judicial Magistrate8217;s court by the man8217;s wife.

Jiachha Devi, wife of Bachha Singh, has alleged that her husband was constantly being pressurised by the MP to depose in his favour. On September 10, the his men forcefully took her husband saying the MP had called him, she said, adding, 8220;Now there is now trace of him, I feel he has been killed8221;.
