CHANDIGARH, Dec 2: Three members of the family of a Haryana police constable have been arrested after the cop was charged with bigamy. Police sources are on the look out for the accused, Constable Balwinder Singh.

The father of the accused, Shamsher Singh, mother Vidyawati and daughter Manjit Kaur, all residents of Ambala, were arrested in the wee hours today.

The police acted on a complaint filed a few days ago by Shalu Singh, wife of the accused, charging him with remarriage. A case under Section 420, 493, 498-A of Indian Penal Code has been registered against the three.
