Later on in another match in group A, the match between Shahdara and Youngs was abondoned by referee Julius Ceaser in the 59th minute following reusal to continue the game by Shahdara Club. At the time of abondonment, both teams levelled 2-2.

At JNS, Shastri Club scored a 1-0 win over Royal Rangers in group A. Defender Jagdish Bagga scored the winning goal in the 32nd minute off a cross received from left flank. Shastri have nine points in three matches while Royal Rangers have three points in four games. In another match in group A, Indian Air Force New Delhi defeated Collegians F.C. 2-0. Scorers were P. Darshan 1-0 in the 45th minute and Rajshekran in the 48th minute.
