BANGALORE, May 9: Now the legendary Tipu Sultan can be accessed on the Net. A site has been created called tippusultan.org that will give all the facts one could wish for about the Mysore Tiger8217;.

The website was launched by the Al-Ameen Institute of Information Technology to commemorate Tipu Sultan8217;s 200th death anniversary, a college release said. The website apparently has multimedia features and has been designed as an interactive system to allow visitors to express their opinions, suggestions and views. It would enable people to view his multi-faceted life and achievements, besides scan research conducted world-wide on his work and history, the release said. The site features the Sultan8217;s biography as well as answers to frequently asked questions about Tipu8217;s personality.
