8-yr-old boy burnt in fire

An eight-year-old boy sustained 25 per cent burns and unauthorised hutments were destroyed in a fire at an open ground at Ambedkar Nagar in Simpoli village, Borivli, Mumbai on Saturday. The boy has been admitted to Bhagwati Hospital. The reason for the fire, which began at 4.45 pm and raged for three hours, is yet been ascertained, fire brigade officials said.

Seminar on MH-CET examination

Chate Coaching Classes have organised a seminar to provide complete information and guidance, to students and parents, about the pre-medical MH-CET competitive examination to be held by the Government of Maharashtra on May 23. Conference on medical education

The 27th annual conference of the Mumbai Obstetric and Gynaecological Society will be held on March 27 and 28 at Hotel Oberoi Towers in Mumbai. A one-day pre-congress Continuing Medical Education Programme isscheduled for Friday March 26 at Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital located at Parel, Central Mumbai. Over 400 candidates from Mumbai and outside will attend the conference at Oberoi.
