Meet on pensioners

S S Ramachandran, secretary-general, All India Central Confederation of Pensioners8217; Associations AICCPA, Delhi will meet pensioners and hear their grievances on Saturday, September 26 at Anushakti Residents Welfare Association Hall, Brindavan Bldg, Anushaktinagar at 4 pm.

The confederation chief, who is being felicitated by the Atomic Energy Retirees8217; Welfare Association ARWA, will review the latest scenario in Delhi regarding the pensioners and other related issues. ARWA has invited all active pensioners to attend the meet.

Free polio surgery camp

Lions Club of Navghar Vasai Road, in association with District Chairman Polio Camp Committee District 323-A-3, is organising a free polio corrective surgery camp. Polio affected children upto the age of 16 years having deformities in the lower limbs only will be operated at Agarwal Hospital, Shivali Road, Vasai E, Thane.
