Former Pakistan skipper Moin Khan has warned the PCB that more players would end up joining the Indian Cricket League if the ban on those already aligned with the rebel series is not reviewed.

The former wicketkeeper-batsman, a key figure in the ICL and the coach of Lahore Badshahs, said he feared more players from Pakistan would want to join the ICL if the board doesn8217;t review its policy. 8220;Given the current scenario in Pakistan cricket the financial benefits of playing in the ICL could prove to be very attractive for other players as well,8221; he said today.

The ICL presently has 18 players from Pakistan and the Lahore Badshahs, led by former captain Inzamam-ul-Haq, has been one of the biggest draws of the unofficial league.

Moin suggested the Pakistan Cricket Board should lift bans on ICL players and allow them to take part in the domestic league.

8220;If you leave it to the players to decide and choose between Pakistan8217;s domestic cricket and the ICL, the latter8217;s pull would be stronger. So there is no purpose served by not allowing ICL players to play domestic cricket,8221; he said.

Sources said the ICL is already looking at the prospects of another team from Pakistan to be named after Karachi to play in the Twenty20 league and make it more competitive.

8220;If this happens you could have around 15 to 20 more players from Pakistan getting offers from the ICL,8221; the source said.
