Make EC report public, says Mamata

The Trinamool Congress today urged the EC to make public the report of Afzal Amanullah, ec’s special observer during the last LS poll in the state, which had reportedly questioned the conduct of polls in a free and fair manner. “Amanullah’s report as well as the report of 108 other ec observers should be published,”, TC chief Mamata Banerjee said here.

Acknowledging that it was the prerogative of ec whether to make it public or not, she said, “We have full faith in the EC and it is our appeal to the ec to make the report public.”
