With jokes proliferating in the run-up to the trust vote, Defence Minister A K Antony also joined in. At a defence seminar on Tuesday, after prominent industrialists spoke about the need for more private participation in defence manufacturing, Antony had the audience in rolls with a deadpan “Today being July 22, I will not say much”.
