
I was in Panchgani two weeks ago for the housewarming party at a friend8217;s bungalow. We were a huge gang of friends so we decided to do potluck. The boys went shopping for the ingredients and we all then took turns to cook our specialities. By the end of the day, we had mutton cutlets, palak paneer, fresh salad, jawar roti and a fruit salad on the buffet.
I contributed aloo parathas and bhurji, my specialities, to the meal. It8217;s the biggest and most lavish meal I have ever treated myself to.
