Jeev jumps to second spot

CHANDIGARH, Aug 8: India8217;s Chiranjeev Milkha Singh has virtually assured himself of retaining the European Tour card after having given a sterling performance on the third day of the German Open. Already having won over 8211;50,000 in the current itinerary and needing just 8211;4000 more to retain the Tour card, Jeev returned a card of five under-par 67 to share the second place with four players.
