CHANDIGARH, Aug 8: India’s Chiranjeev Milkha Singh has virtually assured himself of retaining the European Tour card after having given a sterling performance on the third day of the German Open. Already having won over –50,000 in the current itinerary and needing just –4000 more to retain the Tour card, Jeev returned a card of five under-par 67 to share the second place with four players.
