BANGALORE, Nov 18: A police constable attached to City Armed Police CAR reportedly committed suicide by hanging himself t a tree at a public place in Chamarajpet police limits. Police said, constable nyaran 32 was undergoing treatment at NIMHANs since the last four monhts as he was mentally ill.
