SOUTHAMPTON, June 30: Australia beat Hampshire by an innings and 133 runs in their three-day cricket match today and achieved their second first-class victory on their tour to England.

Jason Gillespie took five wickets and Michael Kasprowicz three as the tourists triumphed.

Resuming at 71 for two, Hampshire were bowled out for 176.
