Info counter sat post offices

VADODARA, June 15: With a view to provide useful information about the activities of the postal department and its procedures to the general public, information and facilitation counters have been opened at the Vadodara Head Post Office Raopura and the Fatehgunj Head Post office in the city.

While counter number 14 has been earmarked for the purpose at the GPO, the same service will be provided at the registration counter of the Fatehgunj Head Post Office. Information will be provided over the phone at these counters at the numbers 410799 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., respectively.

A computerised Customer Care Centre has also been opened on the first floor of the Fatehgunj Head Post Office Building for redressal of postal complaints. Complainants can also avail of the service at the number 794357 between 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
