Chennai: Ritwik Bhattacharya and Mekhala Subedar will defend the men’s and women’s singles titles respectively in the India Cements Senior National Squash Championship from January 7-12.

Cash prizes of Rs 1.20 lakh await the winners and runners-up. A notable absentee in the U-19 girls section is Joshna Chinnappa, who did not send in her entry.
