I practice yoga every alternate day.

Italian and Chinese.

Is there anything you binge on?
Not really.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
Consult a good dietician and a trainer in both cases.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
A few times, but I usually make up for it by working out.

Physical fitness and mental peace.
