‘I do cardio every day’

Breakfast is eggs and toast with a glass of fruit or vegetable juice. Lunch is dal, sabzi, rice and roti.

Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is eggs and toast with a glass of fruit or vegetable juice. Lunch is dal, sabzi, rice and roti. Dinner is usually the same, unless I go out. 

What’s your exercise routine?
I am very particular about my exercise routine. I do cardio and weight training everyday.

What’s your favourite food?
Anything that is cooked well.
Is there anything you binge on?
I like chocolates, but I try not to binge on them.

What would you do if you have to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
Alter my diet and exercise routine accordingly. 

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
A couple of times, but I don’t follow a strict diet which would be tough to follow. 

What’s your idea of health?
To eat healthy and avoid stress.
