Tell us about your daily diet.
For breakfast, I have banana milk shake with protein powder, egg white and juice. Lunch usually comprises sashimi and salad. For snack, I have two to three egg whites. Since I usually go out for dinner, I like to have a lot of fish like a Sol fillet.
What is your exercise routine?
I work out everyday for 45 minutes. These days, I am focussing on my upper body, building biceps, triceps and abs. I do 400 to 500 sit-ups a day. Besides this, I also regularly play tennis to keep fit.
Is there anything you binge on?
Steaks and seafood.
What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
I prefer Western cuisine, especially Italian as it suits my taste best. Sometimes, I love to indulge in eating butter chicken, even though its heavy taste does not suit my palate.
What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
I am happy with my body and will never lose or put on weight in a hurry.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I never diet so I have never failed to stick to one. I believe in a balanced, healthy lifestyle sans drastic diet regimens.
What is your idea of health?
Have a good diet and keep yourself athletic.
