How much do you work out?

I work out six times a week a mix of cardio and weight training

Tell us about your daily diet

For breakfast, I have a bowl of cornflakes with milk and also chicken fingers. Lunch is a wholesome meal with rajma or dal and sabzi, or vegetables and pasta. Dinner varies from time to time. I try and eat it by 7 usually a bowl of soup, vegetables, palak roti with paneer. I have something every three hours, either fruit or milk.

What8217;s your fitness routine?

I work out six days a week a division of cardio and weight training. My lower body needs more workout than my upper so I focus more on that.

Is there something you binge on?

I binge on everything I8217;m not supposed to eat. I also love to binge on Baskin Robbins ice cream and on the breakfast buffet at the JW Marriot8230; they have the best waffles and ice cream.

What8217;s your favourite food?

I8217;m quite a foodie actually. I love spicy food. I love Thai food and also Italian food made in India.
