How much do you work out?

I work out six times a week a mix of cardio and weight training

Tell us about your daily diet

For breakfast, I have a bowl of cornflakes with milk and also chicken fingers. Lunch is a wholesome meal with rajma or dal and sabzi, or vegetables and pasta. Dinner varies from time to time. I try and eat it by 7 usually a bowl of soup, vegetables, palak roti with paneer. I have something every three hours, either fruit or milk.

What’s your fitness routine?

I work out six days a week a division of cardio and weight training. My lower body needs more workout than my upper so I focus more on that.

Is there something you binge on?

I binge on everything I’m not supposed to eat. I also love to binge on Baskin Robbins ice cream and on the breakfast buffet at the JW Marriot… they have the best waffles and ice cream.

What’s your favourite food?

I’m quite a foodie actually. I love spicy food. I love Thai food and also Italian food made in India.
