Tell us about your daily dietFor breakfast, I have a bowl of cornflakes with milk and also chicken fingers. Lunch is a wholesome meal with rajma or dal and sabzi, or vegetables and pasta. Dinner varies from time to time. I try and eat it by 7 usually a bowl of soup, vegetables, palak roti with paneer. I have something every three hours, either fruit or milk. What’s your fitness routine?I work out six days a week a division of cardio and weight training. My lower body needs more workout than my upper so I focus more on that.Is there something you binge on?I binge on everything I’m not supposed to eat. I also love to binge on Baskin Robbins ice cream and on the breakfast buffet at the JW Marriot… they have the best waffles and ice cream.What’s your favourite food?I’m quite a foodie actually. I love spicy food. I love Thai food and also Italian food made in India.
