DIET: I ALWAYS have a healthy and filling breakfast. Generally it is cereals and milk or toast and eggs, but I make sure I8217;m full. I keep my lunches and dinners light and simple. Usually, I have some salads, pasta or veggies. I have almost given up on eating out. I only go to a few favourite restaurants which, I feel, serve healthy food. Even when I8217;m going out for parties, I have dinner at home before I leave. I hate having late dinners, so I make sure that I have my meal by 9 pm.

EXERCISE: WHAT I8217;m really regular with are my jogs. I run every day for about an hour. It not only keeps me fit, but also relaxes me. Sometimes, however, I8217;m so busy that my regular run goes for a toss. But if I miss my running for a while, it doesn8217;t really hamper my fitness levels. Besides that my forte is cardio. I don8217;t do too many weights. I also do some boxing. I prefer to do all of this at home than at a gym. I feel I don8217;t need particular training since I8217;ve trained in martial arts and boxing and keep working out accordingly.

PROBLEM AREAS: I WORK on each part of my body equally. I8217;m lucky that way since I don8217;t have specific problem areas. But this can be equally tedious since I have to work equally hard on each part.
