
DIET: My breakfast is a meal of toast and cereal with fruits and some juice. I have small meals through the day, so I eat a sandwich later in the morning. My lunch consists of rice, chicken, rotis, salads and vegetables. I have some cookies with tea and a light dinner. Before going to bed, I have a glass of milk and some toast. I love Indian and Chinese cuisine and chocolates, but stay away from creamy foods.
EXERCISE: I workout whenever I get the chance, which is about twice a week. My regime mostly consists of cardio. I8217;ve been a sports freak since I was a child, so I love exercising as well. Dancing is also a great way to keep fit. For me, exercising helps my mind more than my body8212;it relieves all your tension and you8217;re relaxed the whole day.
