What do you do to keep fit?
I run for an hour in the morning. I also exercise and dance at home. It works very well for me.
Tell us about your fitness regime.
It is a very strange one. A month of exercise lasts me six months. So, I exercise twice a year8212;one month after every six months8212;and that keeps me in shape for the whole year.
What kind of schedule do you follow?
I run for an hour in the morning. I also exercise and dance at home. It works very well for me.
How do you control your diet?
I eat everything I can lay my hands on. I am not a ramp model and under no pressure to maintain an hour glass figure. Also, I don8217;t believe in starving. My policy is: Exercise and you will be fine.
Do you go to a gym?
I hate gyms as they make me feel claustrophobic. I8217;d rather run on the grass or the beach. I often go to Juhu beach.
Who keeps you company while running?
Nobody. I have these songs that I listen to when running. In Sri Lanka, I was listening to the music of Waisa Bhi Hota Hai. In Africa, it was Lucky Ali8217;s first album. When I was pregnant, Robbie Williams was a favourite. Tomorrow, I will probably run listening to Rang De Basanti. As it is, my son and I have been dancing like crazy to the songs of that movie. Zeke loves dancing.
