AWhat is your diet like?
I start with a heavy breakfast, move on to a light lunch and have almost nothing for dinner. I eat some aloe vera gel every morning, after which I have cornflakes and boiled eggs. Lunch is generally boiled vegetables, sprouts and chicken, while dinner is usually a soup. Every Sunday I binge and eat everything from biryani and sizzlers, to Chinese and Mughlai food.
What about exercise?
When I8217;m not shooting, I go to the gym for two to three hours. I do some cardio and very heavy weights. I want my body to be lean and tough, so my exercise regime is almost as intense as a man8217;s would be.
Do you think your body is perfect?
My body is the best in Bollywood right now, but I want one like Janet Jackson8217;s. I8217;ll have to exercise regularly, take protein shakes and stay away from oily food.
How do you shape up for item numbers?
A month before I shot my latest one, Ankhiyaan Na Maar, I broke my leg and was at home. I had absolutely no exercise, and the song required me to wear a skimpy two-piece costume. I was a bit nervous that I8217;d look fat. But it turned out well.
