DIET: I TRY to be careful about my diet. My breakfast is a bowl of muesli with milk and a banana. I prefer to eat a light lunch which is mostly vegetables and pulses. Sometimes I eat only fruits. It all depends on my mood and how hungry I am. Dinner is a more substantial meal, with rotis, dal, chawal and sabzis. I travel very often and have to eat out a lot. So I make up for it when I’m home and rarely go out for a meal. Baingan ka bharta and idlis are my favourites and I also like Indian sweets like rasmalai and kulfi. I make it a point to stay away from parathas. I drink plenty of juices and water.

EXERCISE: I DON’T have a strict exercise regime. I work out when I feel that my body needs the exercise. I either swim or do yoga, both of which I enjoy, or go to the gym. When I work out in the gym, I start with cardio exercises to warm up and then move on to weights. My body needs weight training more than cardio exercise, so that forms a bigger part of my regime.

PROBLEM AREAS: I don’t really have any problems with either my diet or exercise routine.
