
diet: I eat frequently during the day and I8217;m lucky I don8217;t put on too much weight. My day begins with chai and breakfast is toast and eggs. My mid-morning meal is a salad sandwich. Actually, it8217;s my anytime snack. Lunch is rotis and dal with sabzi or whatever my unit is having. For dinner, I like having sambar with rice and if I8217;m up late, then I down some hot chocolate.
exercise: I go to the gym thrice a week. Most of my workouts are based on what my look in a particular film has to be. I had to work out for Paanch, where I played a 8216;lean, mean rock machine8217;. I also get a lot of exercise when I play cricket matches with my local club.
problem areas: My only concern is rather temporary8212;I8217;ve torn a thigh muscle, which requires a good amount of rest to repair.
