In both Paap and Zeher, you8217;ve done quite a few bold scenes. Is this a trend?
I don8217;t want to create news by talking about it.

DIET: WATER is the first thing I drink, followed by tea and a breakfast of cornflakes, bananas, milk and eggs. I don8217;t like eating out much, I prefer simple home food. When I8217;m shooting, I don8217;t eat unit food. I carry my own meals of dal, vegetables, rice and chicken. For dinner, I just substitute the rice with rotis. I used to be addicted to chocolates and my fridge was full of them, but I8217;ve stopped eating sweets completely for the past two months.

EXERCISE: I gained weight for my role in Zeher and had to work that off. I hadn8217;t exercised or stepped into a gym till two months ago, because I8217;ve always been naturally slim. But now I8217;m so hooked that I work out for two hours a day. I do cardio and then move on to other routine exercises, concentrating on the abs. I can already see the difference on my body.

PROBLEM AREAS: I TEND to put on weight on my tummy and face. I8217;ve stopped wearing clothes that show my midriff, but exercising regularly is really helping.
