I exercise thrice a week and I focus on cardionbsp;workout

Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is a glass of juice and cold coffee. For lunch I have roti, dal, sabzi and rice. Dinner is the same if I8217;m home but I mostly eat out in the evenings.nbsp;

What8217;s your exercise routine?
I exercise three times a week and I focus on cardio more than weight training.nbsp;

Is there anything you binge on?
I love all types of Indian sweets. And although I never binge on a bar of plain chocolate, I love chocolate cakes.nbsp;

What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
Indian and Italian.
