
What8217;s your fitness mantra?
I exercise for 45 mins six times a week and I eat quality food.
Tell us about your daily diet.
There is no fixed pattern that I follow. I am not fussy about food at all. I eat whatever is available. I look at fitness and health in terms of longevity. I eat fruits and vegetables as much as I can and I eat quality food. If I8217;m out shooting, I eat whatever food is available at that specific location. I never keep excess food at home. I carry nuts and dry fruit in my bag always.
What is your exercise routine?
In have been blessed with an athletic physique but I exercise for 45 minutes six times a week. Again, it8217;s not a fixed pattern. Sometimes I go for a run, at others I go for a swim or play tennis.
What is your favourite cuisine?
It8217;s Mexican food.
Do you ever binge on something?
I gorge on chaat. Every Sunday my friend and I go out to eat chaat and Frankies.
