What is your problem area?

How would you define fitness?

Fitness is about being able to run up a flight of stairs without panting and walking a certain distance in a certain amount of time. All of us have inherent strength and we should utilise it. If you are physically fit, your mind follows suit.

Do you have a personal trainer?

Yes. His name is Harrison James. He is this very interesting looking dark skinned man who stands 6 feet 48217; tall. He helps me with strength building exercises so that I don8217;t look too thin. We avoid cardio vascular exercises and focus on muscle strengthening and weight-gaining ones.

What are your problem areas?

My problem is thin legs. I do heavy leg workouts in order to make them look stronger and muscular. Most people work out to lose weight. On the other hand, I exercise so that I don8217;t lose weight.

Explain your fitness regime

I work out for one-and-a-half hours each five days a week. I dance a lot. I am trained in Bharatnatyam and Jazz and am learning Kathak now.

What about your diet?

I am a very poor eater. I eat not because I love food but out of compulsion. If I don8217;t eat, I lose weight and lose out on a lot of work too. I eat eggs, milk and bananas in the morning and follow it up with a shake after workout.

Is there anything you avoid?

For the past six years, I haven8217;t had meat. However, I love fish and prawn chappaties. I prefer homemade food to restaurant food. I snack on fruits, ice creams and chocolates.
