Former Army Chief and currently Vice-Chairman of the National Disaster Management Authority Gen N C Vij is busy house hunting.

The reason: Outgoing army chief Gen JJ Singh is all set to move to the address in Delhi Cantonment. Vij, whose Z-plus security status has irked the security establishment no end, will vacate the plush accommodation for Singh. With no house worries to preoccupy his mind, Singh is believed to be polishing his ties with J038;K Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad. Do we see Singh as a Governor in the state?
