S.A.S. NAGAR, Oct 12: A factory showroom with a new concept in wooden gifts and novelties manufactured by the Hindustan Electronics and Watch Industries opened in Phase VII, Industrial Area, here today.

Punjab Excise and Taxation Commissioner Sudhir Mittal inaugurated the showroom.

This is the first showroom of its kind in the region and products are being marketed under the name 8212; Casino.

The company is offering a 20 per cent discount on all gift items, the prices of which are between Rs 100 and Rs 6,000.

Apart from table lamps available with and without watches, trays, bowls, baskets, dry fruits boxes are being manufactured by the company.
