Glasgow win trophy located

After more than fortnight of uncertainty the Future Cup, that India won in Glasgow beating South Africa in the final on July 1, might finally make it to the BCCI trophy cabinet tomorrow.

BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah, confirming this, said: 8220;The Cup has been located. The Percept officials will be delivering it our headquarters tomorrow. It has nothing but a regular baggage misplacement case that happens all the time,8221; he said. Along with the Cup, the Man of the Match trophy and 12 memorabilia bats too are on the way to the BCCI office.

PDM Sports, who had the ground rights for the Glasgow event, was given the responsibility to deliver the silverware but heightened security at London airport saw the luggage getting delayed.
