PUNE, Feb 2: Frontier Software scored a facile ten wicket victory over Neil Automation Technology Ltd. in the inter-Information Technology cricket championship being played here.

Neil Automation, batting first, crashed to a meagre total of 63 runs after a fine spell of bowling by Mahesh who captured five wickets for a total of six runs. Only Mohan Verghese with 27 runs and Prashant Pawar with an unbeaten 22 runs put forth any kind of resistance. Frontier rattled up the required target without loosing any wickets, powered by Nadeem8217;s 30 not out and Tejas8217;s unbeaten 27.

In another fixture, ICIL scored an emphatic five wicket victory over Tata Consultancy Services. TCS, batting first, were all out for 96, falling to fine spells of bowling by Sarabjiit 5/11 and Suresh 2/20. Only Praveen Survase with 33 runs shone with the bat for TCS. In reply, ICIL, powered by a fine innings of 36 runs by Mahesh, achieved the target in just 18 overs. Santosh 3/18 shone with the leather for TCS.

In other fixtures, Frontier easily got the better of Computervision Research and Development India Ltd. C-Dac scored emphatic victories over Querisoft and BPL US West Cellular Limited while the latter got the better of Tata Infotech Limited in a thriller.
