It would be a good idea to use your favourite colour in the bathroom. If black is to your liking, then have black tile flooring and the lower 38242; of dadao wall tiles in black. Continue the rest in a patterned white tile or light grey tiles. To make your bathroom more interesting, you can run a border of printed tiles all around. Apart from coming in a host of colours, another option is to have the design and colours of your choice printed on the tile. These tiles are generally 48221; to 98221; broad but they cost thrice as much as a normal 128221; tile! The sanitary fixtures in a black, because maintaining a dark coloured bathroom is very painful due to the salt deposits. Regular cleaning with acid damages the glaze coat on the fixtures, so try using detergent on a regular basis.

To compliment the black colour, select black or chrome fittings. Even golden fittings would look good if you have yellow lights. But, here again, you have to be prepared to have your powder-coated fittings recoated every year, or else you8217;ll have worn-out fittings due to abrasion and salt deposits. The best bet for the fix it-and-forget-it formula is chrome fittings. All you have to do is a wipe them with vinegar once in six months and they8217;ll come back to life.

From black bathrooms for big spaces to green bathrooms for small. One good looking combination with green flooring and white tiles is a cherry pot. The deep maroon compliments green so well that you8217;ll soon have guests admiring your bathroom more than your room. A green bathroom with green pots are common, so go for blue or black fixtures and see the designer look in your bathroom.

The other combination which is a favourite with fire signs is yellow and dark brown. Yellow Jaisalmer sand stone for the platform and speckled yellow and deep brown tiles.
