Mumbai, May 25: An unbeaten century by one-drop Sagar Dumbre and fine left-arm spin bowling by Arif Sunsara, helped Azad Maidan Centre beat Matunga Centre by 73 runs in the MCA-Summer Vacation camps (under-16) cricket tournament at the New Hind Sporting Club, Matunga, today.

Results of semi-finals:

Azad Maidan Centre — 239-5 in 45 overs (Sagar Dumbre 102 n.o. Chirag Limbad 2-41) bt Matunga Centre 169 in 39 overs (Rohan Saldanha 36, Chinmaya Malvankar 28; Arif Sunsara 4-19, Mayanik Dalal 2-30, Sachin Shah 2-26). MoM: Sagar Dumbre.

Chembur Centre 163 in 39.4 overs (Neil Daftary 29, Sagar Dharankar 39, Kumar Subramaniam 39, Amit Patil 29; Kinjal Patel 3-26, Dinar Gaokar 3-20, Aditya Kulkarni 2-31) lost to Rest of MCA 165-4 in 34.1 overs (Swapnaj Thakur 51, Vishal Tiwrekar 48, Abhishetch Nair 49 n.o.; Ninad Kadam 2-33).
