Disco Case 8211; Bail for two

CHANDIGARH, May 6: UT Additional District and Sessions Judge, G.S. Sandhu, has allowed the anticipatory bail pleas of Sarvpreet Singh and Harpreet Singh who were booked here on April 11 in connection with the case in which two girls had reportedly managed to escape a molestation bid.

The accused are wanted under Sections 341, 342, 354, 506, 323, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

The defence counsel argued that the prosecution could not explain what the girls were doing outside a disco at 1.30 a.m.
