PANCHKULA, Sept 11: Keeping in view the proposed strike by Haryana Karamchari Mahasangh and HSEB Workers Union, additional deputy commissioner Anurag Aggarwal here has ordered day and night patrolling in the villages of the district by its residents.

The ADC has restricted the public from taking out any procession and has also prohibited the assembly of five or more persons with effect from September 15 to 17. Also carrying weapons of offence like fire arms, swords except sheathed kirpan, lathis, bhallas, barchhas has been prohibited.

The order has been passed with a view to prevent sabotage and to ensure the security and safety of the electrical equipment, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam installations and railway line passing through the district.
