DC Model School wins inter-school declamation contest

Thirteen schools from across the district participated in the fourth inter-school declamation contest at Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management, today.

Dr YP Sachdeva, Professor and Head, Department of Business Studies, PAU; Colonel K J Singh, Commander, NCC Group, Ludhiana and Professor Rajinder Singh, Head of Department, English, SCD Government College for Boys, Ludhiana, comprised the jury.

The running team trophy was won by DC Model International School, Ferozepur. The first rank was secured by Sonu Bhandari of DC Model International School.

The second and the third prize went to Anukriti Bansal, DAV Public School and Niharika, Tagore Public School, respectively.
