
Four unidentified men threw a couple out of a moving train near Malhaur station early on Tuesday morning, when the husband objected to making lewd remarks against his wife. While the husband, Pappu Sharma 34 died on the spot, his wife Abhilasha Sharma was undergoing medical treatment at the Civil Hospital.nbsp;
Pappu, a native of Bihar, and Abhilasha were on way from Naubasia in Bihar to Ambala, where Pappu worked as a plumber.
Anbsp;railway guard spotted the couplenbsp;lying near the track and arranged to send them to the hospital.
Abhilasha toldnbsp;the police that on Monday night, four youths boarded the train at Kalihari station in Bihar and started harassing them by passing obscene remarks against her. Thenbsp;couple changed the coach, but thenbsp;miscreants stalked them and reached the new coach.
She added that on Tuesday morning, when her husband tried to reason with them, they beat him up.nbsp;Nearnbsp;Malhaur Railway Station, they threw the couple out of the moving train.
According to the police, Abhilasha had married with Pappu just four days ago, much against the wishes of her family.
