
MUMBAI, MAY 16: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has set up a full fledged Centre for Corporate Research and Training at Navi Mumbai which was inaugurated today by the Chief Justice of India, Dr A S Anand.
Built at an estimated cost of Rs 3.5 crore, the centre will serve as a seat of higher learning in the areas of corporate laws, economic legislations, taxation, financial management, business management, capital markets and investor protection.
Dr Justice Anand suggested that the institute provide the corporate sector a strategic direction to enable it to ensure good corporate governance.
