After portfolio allocation, the NCP leadership now wants its ministers to get back to governance.
Chalking out a code for ministers on Thursday, NCP chief Sharad Pawar made it mandatory for them to be present at the Mantralaya for a minimum of four days in a week.

Prior to this, Pawar had a two-hour closed-door meeting with party ministers at the Sahyadri Guest House at Malabar Hill, imparting tips on effective administration and discussing the party8217;s strategy.
Over the past five years, there have been complaints about NCP ministers almost never attending office. Pawar announced that he would conduct reviews of each of the 22 ministers.
