AMBALA, July 19: To streamline the disposal of the complaints of the persons appearing in the open darbars with their grievances before the Deputy Commissioner, the district administration has decided to computerise all the complaints. These will be sent to different departments for action and report.
DC Navraj Sandhu says that the new system will give a clear picture of the complaints disposed of and those pending. Till date, the complaints marked to other departments often remained undisposed as many of these took longer time for action.
Navraj said that she personally reviewed the progress of such complaints received in the darbars. When these are fed in the computer, it will be very easy to scan the disposed of and pending complaints each day. An account of disposed of complaints would be made a regular feature to be taken up in the next darbar. She added that she had issued instructions to the heads of departments to dispose of all the pending cases lying with them.
