The play dealt with the loneliness of a middle-aged man rejected by his family, who falls into the habit of making erratic phone calls. The situation creates a fine drama that talks of modernisation, breaking family systems and a feeling of insecurity among urban people. An interesting and topical plot, enacted by Dnyanesh Limaye and Anjali Nanal.

For kids8217; sake
A Healthy Child Happy Child8217; camp was organised by the Tiny Tots Club of The Indian Express on October 31. The camp was conducted by Dr Sudhakar Shetty at the Baby Friend Child Health Centre at Sterling Centre.

The 55 participants were members of the Tiny Tots Club, between a few months and about six years old. Health screening was performed on the little ones where they were checked for height, weight, skin, dental and eye problems; they were also examined for their psychological well-being. The parents of the kids were then furnished with information on child guidance and given two free follow-up dates accordingly.
